Shipping and Return of Goods

For Customers in Slovenia

• We use the courier service Gold Ekspres d.o.o. for shipping packages.
• The shipping cost is €4.50 excluding VAT (€4.88 including VAT), unless the value of the goods is €150.00 excluding VAT (€183.00 including VAT) or more – in this case, shipping is free.
• In case of a different agreement or need, we reserve the right to use other courier services. The customer will be informed of higher shipping costs via the proforma invoice.

For Customers Abroad

• We use the courier service GLS for shipping packages.
• The customer will be informed of the shipping costs via the proforma invoice. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package.
• In case of a need for freight transport, we reserve the right to use other courier services. The customer will be informed of the shipping costs via the proforma invoice. Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the package.

RETURN OF GOODS

Any return of goods is subject to an agreement between the customer and the company VINI d.o.o. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the goods.
