Like all of our embroidery work, every patch is produced entirely in-house from start to finish:
An embroidered patch is a standalone embroidered piece that can be attached to a garment or textile after production.
It offers the same premium, durable, and professional appearance as direct embroidery, with one key advantage: a patch can be applied to virtually any material and location, even where direct embroidery would not be technically possible.
Patches are standard equipment wherever uniformity and identification are important, including:
Patches can be attached in two ways:
- Sewing: A permanent attachment directly onto the garment or textile. Ideal when the patch is intended to remain a permanent part of a uniform or garment, or when direct embroidery is not technically possible on the desired material or location.
- Hook-and-Loop Fastener (Velcro®): The patch is mounted on a hook-and-loop backing, allowing it to be easily removed before washing or exchanged when needed. This is a popular option for uniforms where patches change according to rank, function, or assignment.
For embroidered emblems, we also offer appliqué embroidery.
This technique replaces part of the stitching with fabric, creating additional texture, depth, and visual interest while maintaining the premium appearance of the patch.
